Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using any Orvial Tech application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our applications.
Where you obtain an app through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the standard end-user license terms of those platforms also apply. In the event of a conflict, the platform's mandatory terms prevail to the extent of the conflict.
License
Subject to these Terms, Orvial Tech grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our applications on devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
This license does not grant you any ownership of the applications or their content, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by Orvial Tech.
User Responsibilities
When using our applications, you agree that you will not:
- Use the applications for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense any part of the applications.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features, purchase verification, or usage limits.
- Use the applications in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our services or interfere with other users.
You are responsible for the security of your devices and for any content you create or store using our applications.
Intellectual Property
The applications — including their design, code, graphics, icons, text, and trademarks (including the Orvial Tech name and logo) — are the property of Orvial Tech or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or obligation to you. We genuinely read and appreciate every suggestion.
Purchases
Some applications offer one-time purchases that unlock additional features. All purchases are processed by Apple or Google through their in-app purchase systems; we never receive your payment details. Prices may vary by region and may change over time, and applicable taxes are determined by the platform.
Purchases are tied to your Apple ID or Google account and can typically be restored on new devices at no additional cost using the “Restore Purchases” option in the app.
Subscriptions
Some applications offer auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
- Refunds are governed by Apple's and Google's policies; we cannot issue refunds directly for platform-billed purchases.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our applications are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the applications will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that defects will be corrected.
Our applications are not a substitute for professional advice. Any decisions you make based on information provided by an application are your own responsibility.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Orvial Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, our applications.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to an application exceed the amount you paid us for that application in the twelve months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Updates & Changes
We are continuously improving our applications and may add, change, or remove features, or discontinue an application entirely, at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
If we make material changes, we will provide notice through our apps or this website. Your continued use of an application after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Termination
These Terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with them. Upon termination, you must stop using the applications and delete all copies from your devices. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — will survive.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Orvial Tech is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our applications shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
